Support

Here at SUEUA, we understand the importance of what healthy mental wellbeing means for people, as well as the need to provide any support we can when it is necessary. Engineering and university, in general, can be difficult periods in life.  Below, we have included a number of resources that students, staff, and associates can use to seek professional mental health support. Remember that it is never a fight that you have to bear by yourself, and you will get through it.
