This year the Cardno Cup had a face lift with the fued between UTS and Sydney Uni moving closer to home at the Engineering lawns.

The cup was a hit with three 20 minute 5 a side games deciding the fate of the cup (A draw meaning we keep it!).

With a health crowd enjoying the sun, snags and somewhat variable commentary the competition started with a tense, 2-2 draw in the first game. But as the Beer started flowing, Sydney founds its feet and picked up the pace with a 2-1 victory closely folowed by a 9-2 win to crush the depondent UTS crew.

The day was a lot of fun and a big thanks goes out to the UTS teams for making it out and of course to Cardno for funding this event, we look forward to making this a regular event of the SUEUA calendar.
